Plus you have the advantage of my partnership with Warren Swanberg; we coordinate our schedules to provide clients’ accessibility to one of us 7 days a week, from 7 AM - 11 PM to meet YOUR scheduling needs.  We deliver loan approvals to you and your Realtor at night and on weekends, and answer any questions fast.

My specialty is locating the right programs to get clients the best mortgage program possible. I was recently recognized by the Illinois Housing Development Authority for being #1 in the NW Region for the past two years, assisting 54 mortgage clients with a total of approximately $4,600,000 in home buying assistance. 

I was born and raised in Rockford; my wife Delinda and I still call it home.  I earned an Associate’s Degree from Rock Valley College in ‘82, and graduated from Arizona State in ’84 with a BS in General Business.  I started my career in mortgage lending that same year and have never looked back!
